Our Policies
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
You will get an estimated delivery date when you order. We generally estimate that UK shipping takes 5-10 working days. However, this may be longer for new products or international shipping. We always endeavour to do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
Orders to the UK (domestic) over £30 in total will qualify for free delivery. A small shipping charge (£1.99 or less) is applied to domestic orders under £30. International shipping has a flat fee of £5 irrespective of order total.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We apologise if there are any issues with your product(s). Please contact us via email at info@waterworld.co.uk as quickly as you can if you have any problems. Any misprinted or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the date the product was delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We do not offer refunds or returns for non-defective items.
